Your mindset is about what you see, think, and believe.
It is the internal lens through which you see and navigate life. Mindset influences everything you see, as well as everything you do.
Mindset is who you really are at your core. It’s your habitual way of thinking. While it’s not easy to change, the purpose of life is to evolve and become better a human being.
So you should think about these human qualities from time to time and always endeavour to do better. Your mindset is what really differentiates you from your peers.
If you work hard at developing what Jo Wong likes to call your human qualities, you’ll set yourself up for success in all your endeavours.
According to Aristotle, “men acquire a particular quality by constantly acting in a particular way.”
However, with the increased acknowledgment that bullying behaviour is a widespread epidemic in both private and public life, the need to reclaim our kindness roots is imperative.
Worldwide efforts to shine a light on kindness have led to the development of kindness curriculums and days devoted to celebrating kindness and compassion.
There are two distinguished Nigerian personalities whose entire mission is to spread kindness.
These eminent and patriotic Nigerians are kind and altruistic, as their desires are mainly to take actions to reduce sufferings of the downtrodden.
They act in service to others without regard for their own wellbeing or needs.

These two genuinely kind, altruistic and good-hearted personalities are the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressive Congress ( APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Executive Governor of Oyo State , Engineer Oluwaseyi Makinde.
The two distinguished political Gladiators are genuinely nice persons with countless great traits.
This isn’t to say that they’re always perfect. Everyone’s only human and we all have bad moments.
The two Nigerian great politicians have some interesting similarities that are quite unknown to many.
Both have innate habits of praising others. They understand that people deserve to hear compliments and enjoy lifting others up. They’re also excited to acknowledge the success of others.
They are honest and authentically kind as constantly show honesty to themselves and others. However, they are sure to do this tactfully. You never have to wonder if you’re going to hear the truth from them.
They’re also truthful when it comes to constructive criticism.
Both Asiwaju Tinubu and Oluwaseyi Makinde have good manners. From holding the door open for others to always remembering to say ‘thank you,’ they rarely forget to use their manners. They’re respectful to others and they want everyone to feel important.
They are also forgiving. Although, we all know that forgiveness can be difficult, especially when we’re extremely hurt.
However, as kind persons they understand and realizes that people deserve a second chance and sometimes a third.
What is more, both politicians give the shirts off their back. They feel like things are meant to be shared, especially when someone is in need.
Both Asiwaju Tinubu and Oluwaseyi Makinde gladly give their time, energy, and belongings. Not only are they generous, but they do so without expecting anything in return.
