The Omo Iya Kunmi Foundation has continued its inspiring educational intervention with the third phase of its Back-to-School Project, bringing smiles and renewed confidence to pupils of St. John’s Anglican Basic School, Akinmorin.

In this latest phase, the Foundation reached out to dozens of pupils, providing brand new school uniforms and sandals, simple yet significant gifts that symbolize hope, dignity, and the value of education.

According to the Foundation, each new uniform represents more than clothing, it restores a child’s confidence and sense of belonging in the classroom. The joyful smiles of the beneficiaries once again reaffirm the Foundation’s mission to make education not just accessible, but also a proud experience for every child.

Speaking about the initiative, the foundation expressed gratitude to partners and donors who have supported the cause from inception.

“Every contribution, no matter how small, goes a long way in changing a child’s story. We are deeply thankful to everyone who has walked this journey with us,” the foundation said.

The NGO continues to call for public support to expand the reach of the project and impact more schools across communities.

“Together, we can ensure that no child feels left behind because of lack of basic school needs,” the statement added.
