Ambassador Engr. Dr. David Olusegun Okanlawon, Chairman of the Olusegun Okanlawon Foundation (OOF), has extended warm felicitations to the Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Omoba Bayo Olaniyan (Ogo Gbajumola), on the occasion of his birthday.
In a statement personally signed by him, Okanlawon described Omoba Olaniyan as “a quintessential gentleman, an academic of great repute, and a loyal ally in the pursuit of progressive governance.”
He commended the celebrant for his intellect, humility, and commitment to effective legislative administration, noting that Olaniyan’s steady service to the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, reflects his deep understanding of leadership and governance.

Ambassador Okanlawon, a certified engineer and prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, is a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and the Nigerian Institution of Highway and Transportation Engineers (NIHTE).
He is the Managing Director of Luli Construction Company and O4 Multipurpose Unique Concept Ltd, and also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Folased Travels and Tours Ltd and O4 Motors.
A former candidate for the House of Representatives (Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency), Okanlawon continues to play a vital role in fostering youth empowerment, community development, and good governance through his foundation and other initiatives.
