Ambassador (Engr.) Dr. David Olusegun Okanlawon, Chairman of the Olusegun Okanlawon Foundation (OOF) and Executive Director of Luli Construction Company, has congratulated the Senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District, High Chief Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli, on his successful completion of a Doctorate Degree (Ph.D.) in Leadership and Strategic Studies from the Federal University of Lokoja.

Ambassador Okanlawon described the achievement as a well-deserved honour that reflects Senator Alli’s enviable record in leadership, public service, and strategic governance. He commended the Senator’s exceptional ability to balance his legislative responsibilities with academic pursuit, noting that it demonstrates discipline, vision, and a passion for continuous learning.
“Senator Alli’s academic feat is a testament to his commitment to personal growth and public service. It will undoubtedly enhance his intellectual contribution to national development and serve as an inspiration to young leaders,” Okanlawon stated.
