Two Years of Transformative Leadership: Hon. Akpososo Lauds Governor Oborevwori’s Achievements
Hon. Akpososo Oghenekaro, Convener of UKODO LIEUTENANTS, extends heartfelt congratulations to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on two remarkable years in office as Executive Governor of Delta State.
In a statement commemorating the milestone, Hon. Akpososo hailed Governor Sheriff’s administration for redefining public leadership and governance in Delta State. “Governor Sheriff has proven beyond every reasonable doubt that with the right people in government, development can be fast-tracked and sustainable. He has become a typical example of how responsive governance can transform lives, empower citizens, and set new standards for leadership in Nigeria,” he added.
Hon. Akpososo highlighted landmark achievements under the MORE Agenda, which include massive transformation of road infrastructure, improved access to quality education, strategic investment in agriculture, youth empowerment programs, and deliberate policies to attract local and foreign investors.
He particularly lauded critical infrastructural projects like the Warri flyover, Ughelli-Asaba road, and Ughelli Round About Roads. “These projects are not just infrastructural upgrades; they are testaments to Governor Sheriff’s bold vision to position Delta State as a hub of commerce, tourism, and innovation in Nigeria,” he noted.
Hon. Akpososo praised the Governor’s inclusive governance style, saying it has inspired and empowered young leaders. “As a mentor and role model, Governor Sheriff has opened doors for young people to serve, lead, and grow. Many youths have found purpose and direction through his exemplary leadership, and for that, we remain deeply grateful.”
He expressed appreciation for the Governor’s commitment to the welfare of Deltans. “Your dedication, courage, and foresight continue to bring hope to millions. Thank you for your selfless service and for always putting the people first.”
Hon. Akpososo concluded with prayers for continued strength and divine wisdom. “As you mark two years of impactful governance, I pray that God grants you more wisdom, strength, and vision to take Delta State to even greater heights. Congratulations, Your Excellency.”
